ARKA Arquitectura. Yes! ARKA means (Ar. Krisma & Arwin). Architect-couple Krismarie Joy "Krisma" Apaitan Lozada and Arwin "Win" Calonce Caalam was a modern maximalist to minimalist design firm in the Philippines and we're specialized in providing Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design Services (DAEDS).
We commit to improve dwelling places and work environments as well as be responsive to the needs of our clients. There we're mixed of projects that we worked on, such as residential buildings, mix use and commercial buildings, renovations and we also gotten special commissions such as inland resorts and beach resorts and model unit fit-outs.
To adapt to market trends, corporate culture of creativity, hardwork, dedication, being cost efficient, results driven, satisfying and happy clients, collaboration with allied professionals, are the qualities that we are constantly strives for in every projects. We make sure that our firm will work as a team to oversee the design and construction process of the project.
